Most of the Chinese styles focus either exclusively on stand up fighting, or in the very least devote most of their time to it.  Kung Fu a Chinese term referring to any study, learning, or practice that requires patience, energy, and time to complete.

MUAY THAI

MUAY THAI

Muay Thai is a form of hard martial art practiced in large parts of the world.

Muay Thai has a long history in Thailand and is the country’s national sport. 

Muay Thai is referred to as “The Art of the Eight Limbs“, as the hands, shins, elbows, and knees are all used extensively in this art. Boxing technique class to include partner drills, pad work with a trainer,speed bag, double-end bag.  For all levels, men and women.

KARATE

karate is a martial art of Japanese origin.

As a self defence system, karate does not so much teach a set of standard responses to a set of limited scenarios, but rather teaches a set of principles that can be applied in any situation. 

As a method of keeping fit and healthy, it develops balance, co-ordination, aerobic fitness, strength and flexibility. Also known as Martial Art of Empty-Hand.

 

JUI-JITSU/JUDO

Jiu-Jitsu itself was developed in Japan. Jiu-Jitsu is a martial art and combat sport that teaches a smaller person how to defend he/she against a larger opponents by using leverage and proper technique. The Gracie family, the founders of BJJ, modified judo and traditional Japanese jujutsu to create the art. It contains stand-up maneuvers, but it is most famous for its devastating ground-fighting techniques. Gaining superior positioning so one can apply the style’s numerous chokes, holds, locks and joint manipulations on an opponent.

BOXING

BOXING

Boxing is a combat sport in which two people fight one another with their fists. The sport can be practised competitively, but is also a fun way to get a good workout. Boxing is great for increasing fitness, stamina, agility and strength as well as helping you to lose weight and tone up.
